DERMALOG Smart Border Control is designed to read, identify and verify the following documents:

• ICAO standard passports (other formats optional)
• Visas
• Identity cards / RFID chips with biometrics
• 2D PDF417 barcodes, containing biometric or other data
• Arrival and departure cards, tickets

• Full-page reading of OCR characters in accordance with the ICAO specification.
• Recording the travel history and loading the travel history from the database.
• Placeholder for the photo from the database.
• After full-page passport reading, the arrival card is recorded and stored in the central database.
• The barcode on the arrival card is linked to the OCR-B data and the photo.
